I'm of the camp of. Get people there first, and the demand will justify the supply. personally I'm in my late 20's. i just want a place to stay, the amenities and walkable luxuries can come after I've moved in. be it 5-10 years down the road. it's the same story with the LRT and TOD. chicken...
