Does anyone know the downtown population for the downtown, not including the Beltline?

That’s unfortunate. Maybe the developer can go back to the original design and put in 3 smaller buildings instead of one big one.

I wasn't able to snap a photo of this, but I drove past it the other day, and it's prob 75% done.

I like the look of this. I understand not everyone will like it, but I like that it has a fair bit of variation while only using three colors.

The green is an odd choice, but I’m with @Albertasaurus, beggars can’t be choosers. I’m happy anything is getting built. I moved out of EV because it felt like it was going downhill, I’d really like to see it pick up again.

I hope they don’t change much on the exterior, I like these office buildings with the mid century modern look.

The finished product is looking different than the rendering, but so far I prefer the finish product.

Fantastic looking design! If they build it, I hope they can be successful. Im skeptical given the location.

A solid 8/10. Downtown in the beltline I would probably give it more like a 6.5 out of 10 but for this location it’s very good.
