Version 4 came into effect for all first Site Plan applications submitted after May 1 2022. The One submitted its first SPA well before that. I imagine its on Version 2 of TGS - at least.

Yes and no. There is a floor on living/sleep/dining area but not a minimum bathroom as I'm aware. If the structure required it the Freed shower could be smaller and you could probably get down to 260 sft.

95% sure they're just rebranding. Same as when Uniun became Toybox and they just changed the lights. Ink is still booking shows at the venue starting in May.
