I do think it's much better to get a park in here than another condo tower, we always need to get much green space inside the City and another reason is that there is others great proposal that the market need to sell to begin construction.

I couldn't be more happy today, this project is so amazing and I've just read that Nordstrom is going to have their Canadian headquarter in Toronto. It's amazing, I really hope that they could build the three of them :D

I love this idea, the green roofs would be amazing. Feels so refreshing, I can imagine myself going back to the streets after shopping, feeling more inspiring with all the trees there, it's a great idea, really hope they do it, and no only those small flower of the previous renders. Guys...

Well I really hope that 50 Bloor can be built, we are going to get so many benefits with this project. And the real big problem with this are not the selling or money issue, is that the city council don't want to approval it.

Well the problem is that for me they are going to be soooo far away when I get back to Canada, and you know, it's not the same to have one in a mall rather than on Bloor. I really want a flagship store of those firms. It could be very cool.

Hi everyone, does somebody know if we are going to get a Tommy Hilfiger store in Bloor-Yorkville soon or a Ralph Lauren store? I haven't realist that we do not have any at Downtown Toronto. I absolutely prefer to have these store at Bloor rather than Zara.

You're so right. It really needs a plan to improve the quality of its retail stores, I think this area has a lot of potential but needs a lot of work. It only doesn't need trees and more green space but betters retail stores.
