I personally think this podium looks fantastic. What a great addition to the core and I look forward to seeing all the commercial storefronts filled up.

I wish that some of the proposals that have stalled due to the mortgage crisis would switch to purpose built rentals, we need far more rentals!

WOW this project is a beast, the rendering driving along Rymal just looks game changing. Makes me think of how Dundas from Waterdown to Mississuaga went from farm road to super dense highway of homes, towers and businesses. Love all the included retail I also say let's get this built!

It's great to hear about a mini grocery store, that's sorely needed. Those balcony's are HUGE it looks bigger than the actual living room! These must be the biggest balcony's in the city now?
