How does that work for people trying to sell a vacant unit out of curiosity? Are there any caveats for single unit owners who lived there a certain amount of years and have decided to move and thus the unit is vacant? I know very little about this stuff.

Sorry I should clarify, does anyone know when that specific section in front of Monaco 2 from ADP to Norquest will be finished? There is some significant streetscaping and changes to that avenue I can't image it would be less than a year.

Anyone got any idea how long this section's gonna take to complete? I'm having a helluva time both finding renters and/or trying to sell my place right now. All the comments from realtors and prospective tenants are because of this.

That would be the most sensible approach if feasible. However I would also say that if you’re trying to build a 50 story skyscraper with multiple floors of underground parking, it would likely pose a significant obstacle to work around.

I get the feeling (thought it hasn’t been outwardly stated) that they thought demolishing a basement with a vault in it would be as simple as taking a wrecking ball to a few walls and using a crane to remove the door. I would LOVE to see what the engineering assessment on that vault is/will...

I think the tradeoff for the Monaco building is a positive one. That building recently got a major renovation done and replaced its slider windows with crank style so the noise won’t be so bad. I know I’d take the noise and activity for that view any day. And the owners in that building deserve...
