I will say this: I think we'd see a much higher standard of design if northern Windsor Park was vacant and then developed by UAPT. If UCPG were developing something in Dalhousie, that'd be a far more apt comparison to Michener Park considering distance from the Campus.
For sure, I appreciate when CityNerd goes beyond the US but it can be tough to account for absolutely everything when our jurisdictions are so variable. He also acknowledged that the Mexican cities were probably pretty under-counted
