I love how we're seeing two personalities in Marda Loop. The quaint wood cladded, funky buildings along 34th, and the modern builds along 33rd.

I have no idea on the costs of these builds myself, but I'm assuming that Attainable housing would choose the most cost-effective option, or is it a case of someone telling Attainable homes it's the cheapest option when it isn't?
