    The red space is going to be clothing. No entrance to the street or to the temporary exit hall planned, but they will be sprucing up the street facing side and adding signage.

    This is a case where both are needed. The expansion is a direct result of an ask from the community for more space given the amount of residential growth in the area. There should also be money put towards improving the existing space as well (including pedestrianization).

    All depends on the desk mates. When I had assigned desks at my previous company, I would have LOVED open concept since we were always chatting and would often book meeting rooms so we could work together.
