Looks like the west memorial building is getting closer to being done. New lighting in line with the NCC capital illumination plan is looking good

Can’t remember if either of these have their own threads

The plaza is really starting to feel complete and urban, now it just needs shops and people!

Crane is down and brick has started. Was hoping the buff brick was going to a be a little less uniform and more varied, but still looks decent

Did it mention where on the 3rd floor? Sounds like it could possibly be the subdividing the Nordstrom space as I don’t recall that many large vacant spaces on that floor

Nice to see Project1 Studio getting more and more big projects like this. Their buildings tend to turn out quite nice
