I went to that Food Basics yesterday around 5 and it was insanely busy, I know it's peak time but still. Must be a gold mine for Metro, considering they probably got a sweet deal from the building on the lease. If I were Sobeys or Loblaws I'd be all over getting that Relevé retail space right now.

In retrospect it should've been done the same way NCC is doing right now with Lebreton Flats. Create a master plan and offer parcels one-by-one to the developers.

Place Laval in Hull has a great vibe. They do a bunch of little free concerts there. I think the murals kinda put it together. Too bad those office walls on Gloucester are probably sacred.
