Couple of stores still open but I don\'t think for long. Demolition of southernmost building and demo prep are proceeding as can be seen from photos taken today. I wish the city would mandate these prefab metal hoardings. Good protection from demolition and construction work (when it starts), no water dripping overhead on pedestrians, room for 3 pedestrians walking side by side and recyclable and reusable (not sure if also cheaper than carpenters sawing and nailing the usual wooden hoardings).

One of the previously vacant stores has been rented for pop-up and now they appear to be preparing the area where the large Future Shop was demolished for some kind of open air market?
