This is 2 blocks from my house. I for some reason thought this would be a great entertainment venue, but not sure if that is ideal given residential is on either side. Regardless, glad to see its finally been sold!

I really like that part of Whyte from about 85th-95th and see huge potential for the area west of the bridge over the next decade or so.

Does anyone know what’s getting built on Whyte have and around 99 Street? Right beside the Jiffy Lube on Whyte.
