This is 2 blocks from my house. I for some reason thought this would be a great entertainment venue, but not sure if that is ideal given residential is on either side. Regardless, glad to see its finally been sold!I've always thought that this site was one of the great infill/redevelopment sites on Whyte.
Curious to see what ends up going there.

I really like that part of Whyte from about 85th-95th and see huge potential for the area west of the bridge over the next decade or so.

Hmmmm......just saw this as "commencing 2024," with a grain of salt of course.....but I remember looking at this before and it never had a date on it.
