I wonder if future builds along 17th will follow a similar style to this with the taller portion set back from the street.

I think its highly likely. Even Enzo, though only 6 floors, is stepped back above the first floor. Not sure if its a requirement in the policy documents for the area but I could see the city planners pushing for stepbacks for any future tall buildings on the south side of 17th. You dont want too much shadow cast on one of our most important retail streets.

This is such an exciting project. I think the mass of balconies in a giant row is a mistake though.
