This is like one of those HGTV projects before, there is a lot of potential to make it so much nicer and appealing just by improving a very dated interior appearance.

This would be a pretty decent location to live. Grocery is a little far, but super accessible by bus. Having an LRT station and 104th St at your doorstep is also great.
