I'm not suprised in the slightest considering they recently asked the Feds to remive money from the study for the Montreal Blue Line. They've been promising the moon to the Outaouais while somehow screwing us over worse than any prior Government. Crazy they did this in an election year.

Now we've wasted tens of millions and are exposed to lawsuits, not to mention a decade of work lost. Why did they agree to the studies in the first place?

I pray the Feds step in and at least complete the studies while waiting for the new Provincial Government.

I'm reasonably sure they will. Few weeks ago they talked about how hard and expensive decontaminating the site of a former... checks notes... school would be.

I think Gatineau gets treated far worse by Quebec then Ottawa does by Ontario.

Yeah, it really does seem that way. Doesn't help the imbalance that Ottawa has a much bigger tax base as well.

Quebec seems to have this idea well Ottawa is there so we really don't need to do much in West Quebec.

Also, more people died on the A50 today, in the Mirabel area. Unrelated to the tramway obviously, but extra fuel if you wish to tell off the idiots at the CAQ.
