It takes a small army to look after them…..between their garbage and constant resuscitation’s and a colossal waste of our taxes….when are the law-abiding tax payers gonna stand up and say enough of these assholes?!!!!
Why are you ranting about this, when the issue wasn't vandalism, but weather/quality control related and is being rectified under warranty.
 
I hope this park gets some programming like Churchill Square. More people will make it more attractive.
Yes, the City has confirmed to us that there is programming planned for the park this summer. Also I believe the Y plans to host some day camps there, so there might be other users as well. Stay tuned!
 
you can see the oil canning from photos taken earlier in the thread. I remember staring at these panels hoping that they would be replaced.

Pretty neat thing happened today... a few of us from the private sector and COE were invited to welcome guests from the City of Calgary to talk about this major public investment and how it is spurring private residential investment around it and providing the necessary infrastructure/amenities to welcome much needed density.

Love that - it's awesome to see the city and private sector working together as partners. We're the Calgary folks a similar mixture of municipal and private sector reps?
