Im not sure this is even on the forum at all but its close to ace coffee off whyte ave. Im assuming student housing , the orange is jarring in the day but looks cool at night.
Good to hear, I want to see some healthy First Nations development competition between them and Tsuut'ina. Two First Nations adjacent to Alberta's two largest cities, so ramping up development just makes sense.Out at ENOC for a meeting today, River Cree Development is incredible, The Hotel project is quite big, Then the Healthcare Surgical clinic, The Rehab , Golf Experience and the Wellness centre. The place is booming. And it looks like a lot more work is planned.
