Its about time, I can't count all the renos I've been involved with there over the years. 10 years ago they were talking about a new facility.

Yes, but I hope this will not become yet another Rossdale empty lot for decades and decades and something nice will actually be built here fairly soon. That corner already looks so much better without it
Depends on who owns the propertyYes, but I hope this will not become yet another Rossdale empty lot for decades and decades and something nice will actually be built here fairly soon.
Yes, to some extent. If the ownership is competent and wants to move ahead rather than just sit on it, that is helpful. However, this area is chock full of empty lots that once had houses or older buildings on them.Depends on who owns the property
Good to hear, I want to see some healthy First Nations development competition between them and Tsuut'ina. Two First Nations adjacent to Alberta's two largest cities, so ramping up development just makes sense.Out at ENOC for a meeting today, River Cree Development is incredible, The Hotel project is quite big, Then the Healthcare Surgical clinic, The Rehab , Golf Experience and the Wellness centre. The place is booming. And it looks like a lot more work is planned.

We badly should have got the capital line extension to be 2 more stops to heritage valley.
