    Toronto Toronto | 357 King West | 148.13m | 42s | Great Gulf | BDP Quadrangle

It’s brand new but up close already looks beat up, It looks like they just dropped the building and picked it up.I don’t think it’s just cheap material choices but also poor construction Execution. At least it looks decent from far far away.

100% this entire area will be the new face of Toronto’s skyline. I’m excited for the growth and density, I just wish we didn’t have just a couple of architects doing so many towers, specially twin towers, using the same materials, similar heights, colour, design motifs etc. unfortunately this...

    Toronto Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 299m | 90s | Menkes | a—A

From today: this view is about to change yet again. the area already feels so different. 3 more towers to fill this new cluster in the skyline.

    Toronto Toronto | 160 Front West | 239.87m | 46s | Cadillac Fairview | AS + GG

It may be all glass but at least it is high quality glass and different from any other curtain wall system in the city. I wish it would’ve been 50-100m taller. We need our tallest buildings to have more interesting rooftop designs like this. Almost all new buildings have flat rooftops, this...
