Demolition just started today on 31 Roehampton, and was in the area to snap some pics. Structurally, do those walls look like they're made of cinder blocks to anyone else?

I'm in the area, and can definitely cover this demo over the next couple weeks :). Hope it starts soon.

If it were me looking to buy, I'd probably prefer more interior space at that height over a balcony.

Started working out of a new co-working space, with view of this site.

I first saw that one in person a couple years ago. My first reaction was that facade looks like it's thoroughly imprisoned by those brutal columns. At least One Bedford and RCMI facades have room to breathe and showcase their details in some form.

Does that look like 2 floors of retail in the podium?

Looking down Simcoe from Front, flexible bollards are now in place separating bike and vehicle lanes. I'm glad these are there! One more deterrent for cars to stop along that curb.

Update on PATH connection between Delta and MTCC. Looks like the forms are in place for the west side pillar.
