What's your experience with lanterra?

Roof on phase 2 has been like that Roof on phase 2 has been like that for over a month. Sidings for the townhouses hasn't really moved an further. Obivously i can't tell about interior, but exterior progress overall has been really slow for this project.

Yea delays are expected especially what's been happening this year. I just had to ask that because other developments from lanterra seems to have more progress. Rodeo just seems to be very slow since the start I've seen other developers build a lot faster but at the same time the building is...

Is the lack of progress normal for this developer? Or condos in general?

I was by there couple weeks ago and there is still limited progress, nothing eye catching when driving by. They have re routed lanes so cement trucks can access the site on the south side. Didn't look too hard cause the lack of progress within the year. Where do i find the information from the...
