A walkway like this leading all the way to King William (Cobalt) would be quite nice. Hopefully, once the lots west of this develop, they adopt (or are forced) to implement a similar streetscape pattern. -

Glass for the balconies is now installed. Looks good! I wonder if they plan to paint the underside of the balconies - black, to match the rest of the character of the building, would look great IMO. -
