    I'm getting very concerned about this project. The permit applications no longer appear on the City of Toronto website (due to 6 months of inactivity?) and the inspection of the demolition still hasn't been scheduled. I hope Harhay lets the buyers know what is happening soon!

    I've been watching the building permit status for 90 Broadview at toronto.ca and the permits that were submitted in February for the new building are still "Refused". The one for demolition of the climbing academy is also refused. Hopefully things get sorted out, and construction can start soon.
