I think they may be building a commercial tower of some sort. There are a lot of forms in the parking lot right now and unfortunately just because the crane isn't high right now doesn't mean it won't be a tall addition. I'm hoping it's not but there is a lot of rebar on site as well.

Count me in... windows were not cleaned properly, balcony panels weren't touched and I find it odd that they would attempt to clean the spandrel glass on the balcony but not touch the frames at all.

Brutal!! I had my bike on my balcony because the so called "storage" on the P1 is pathetic... randomly placed racks out in the open. Got a letter to remove them from my balcony and there isn't even any room on the racks to put my bike. Now this!! Absolutely brutal!

Ours is about that size and we fit a king bed.

I agree the prices are steep, but if you're like me and just absolutely NEED storage space, it's worth every penny! It's actually pretty amazing how much fits in these things, I have a 3X5 and while I can always use more space, it's not bad at all.

I am no expert on this but I agree. The catch basins (there are two) are at the lowest point of the street. Generally during construction they put filter cloth in them to help with construction debris. I bet with the build up of crap on top of the filter cloth and the amount of rain, the water...

Agreed. I find that generally the culprits are renters, not always but they obviously have a lot less invested. The owners are much more aware of the impact of such things (or at least should be).
