    Residential forming are proceeding, window wall as well. They finished pouring verticals on 22F and are now working on 23F slab (if my kindergarten math is right). Window wall completed on 15F

    Lucy, did you mean opening up the common area for full operation? My understanding is the Builder can not transfer the legal ownership of the common area to the Condo Corp until the later is established. But the Condo Corp can heritage the contract from the builder to get the work done after...

    Normally it's 6 month, we have to wait for 70% or 75% occupancy to set up the Condo Corp. So the builder can hand over the ownership of common area to the Condo Corp... But again with the Covid-19, everything is on hold...

    Typically the city inspector will check the water flow and sign off for building safety... A blocked water main may be UNFORESEEABLE but I am just surprised we did not received a notice earlier. If the connection from across Strachan street (definitely not over/beneath the train tracks -;) )...

    Same here Russ, just received the notice. 'It's the build up in the water main that's not providing sufficient water pressure for sprinkler system'-What's worse? It's an Unavoidable Delay by Tarion definition I wonder if it's concrete/soil dumped into the pipe from the neighboring...

    There has been no written delay notice sent to high floor owners, for a further delay from Mar 13 2020. To my knowledge.. Unless anyone here comment?

    This is so inspiring...? Since the developer is paying for temporary electricity I tend to hope they are working... Normally they start occupancy from lower floor...But I do hope you are right this time...

    Same here, upper floor ;-) According to Tarion, the water main issue can be an unavoidable delay if it's affected by a strike. But it is quite a shock we are not aware of this until last minute. I paid my storage till mid March... I saw the lights on day and night after hour in higher levels...

    Can't agree with you more... I counted the floors last week, we are on 18F structure...Say we get weatherproof by end of summer, optimistically, we re looking into summer 2021 for move in. If we have to wait for all amenity then we are looking into fall 2021, if not later... The mechanical...

    I am on 28th floor ;-) exact same occupancy change...It does not looks very optimistic for March though, no lights at night or in early morning. I believe they are prioritizing lower floors
