I would assume that any balcony that peers into a unit would be part of the same unit... or else you're going to get to know your neighbours really well whether you want to or not. But this floor plan with that picture above is... confusing. So you can actually see directly into someone else's...

Likely a wall on the inside of the other unit with spandrel glass on the exterior.

Yep. Just segmenting the units accomplishes the same look and costs a lot less, too. This will be another beautiful building for Grant MacEwan.

Ah! Definitely. Good call.

I'm assuming these will be aluminum clad pvc windows, and going to a punched window over a full window wall wrap would be a cost savings. Also likely getting better performance.
