I'd guess Encore is topped off? Or a couple mechanical floors & the white post/beam architectural finals? I don't recall seeing a render since the change to the top couple of floors. Anyone in the know?

Topped off fo' sho'... From what I have read I believe that the changes were all internal and that they would not be expressed in terms of external architecture. I believe the renderings are still accurate from last seen.

Glazing supply definitely seems to have stalled...

Still seems to be some supply issues on the glazing, but looks like the masonry work is about to go up on the 103 Street front.

Those balconies that look directly into the unit next to them are odd as per the above photo. Wonder if they plan on putting a wall on the balcony or something to close it off?

Likely a wall on the inside of the other unit with spandrel glass on the exterior.
I thought about that too, but the show suite seems to show otherwise. I get that you can put blinds up, but then why even bother having a window there?
