    I have talked to the developer about changes, and at the moment there was no plans for negotiating changes to the condos. But that may change over time. As for the green spance, I never knew this was a requierment, anyway that you can provide a link?

    The only information I have is from the sales staff at the office; over 80% sold on phase 1, and 40% sold on phase 2. I did ask if there was a possibilty if the construction would be delayed, they said they did not think phase 1 will be delayed and is still slated for 2011 Dec. As for breaking...

    The area will do well with more working class people.....I am with Junction on this also....the area can handle the increased population.......I live in the area also, and I think the area has been forgotten in most part....new development will mean more opportunity......

    I do not think anyone here has said that at all.... but since you sound like you want it clarified.... Urban planning should always be considered with every project proposed by every developer. You just can not build blindly with out thinking of demographics of how one building affects...
