Will there be any other buildings going near it? or just the future alignment of the Gardiner?

Balcony glass!! This one will probably be a solid B- for me. Looks decent and good materials but the long glass wall against the water sucks, there's nothing that striking about the building and it's clunky. At least it's not grey. Also the road between the water, these two buildings and the...

More late night lifts Lights are on in what will be the path to the bus terminal Lights for the canopy Entrance under the bridge finishing up Heritage signage up. They left all this dried glue on the wall that looks pretty bad. Hard to see in photo though.

I biked past it a few weeks ago and was definitely disappointed at how the concrete looked. Glad they fixed it

Ya there is a lot going on here. Many sirens because of George street and they are tearing down the grand. Not sure how it with be at In.DE but in DSG if the windows are closed I cant hear anything!

It had something to do with the building not technically being finished. By the time that it was done they said it was too late in the season + covid. Kinda a cop out imo but not much I can do about it.

You have a great view of my balcony the one with the orange chair and basil lol! Sad that the pool won't open I can hear it on super windy days.

I think that my annoyance wasn't aimed at you and others you were joking with more about the people that actually seemed to have issues with it. I agree that healthy cynicism is needed. But personally when I compare it to the speed at which the original RL was going this seems to be much...

What is the Eglington stop called on university part of line one??? And what will it be called once the new line opens? Things can change and probably will.

It blows my mind that you all want to hate on this so much that your main point is the names of the stations! It is so early the actual names will not be decided for a while...holy shit! Not a fan of Doug Ford and there are obviously problems with this plan like there would be with everything...

Interesting thanks, I don't see why we cant force them to repair it right away especially when its paving stones like this. I was walking by berczy park today and there is a giant strip of asphalt where paving stones had been. it looks terrible and would have been so much easier just to put them...

Also project isn’t even technically full finished and paving stones are already being torn up. I don’t get the stupidity of utility companies in this city!!! Why do we have man holes if they are never used. God damn shameful. Will probably be replaced with asphalt and ruin everything that has...

most of the people in Kerr hall with be moved to the new Jarvis building. It’s mostly science in there now and that’s what is moving there. i think that’s why Kerr hall is considered long term so the replacements can be in place before it’s torn down. It’s basically a prison and sucks to look...

Kerr hall quad is used quite well especially for being pretty hidden. I think with more students living close to school in new condos buildings it would be used well. There isn't a lot of other park space in close proximity. I think an iconic building would look incredible there for sure...

Heres what the vision for it is. Kerr hall is considered long term I would assume 30+. Their are more lucrative areas for Ryerson to expand other than Kerr hall at this time. Sparks notes...

I dont think the old light poles will ever be removed since it is still technically a roadway. Ive been emailing Ryerson facilities management and development team so ill ask to be sure.
