I bought in phase 2 a while back and as per my Tarion agreement tentative occupancy date is December 21, 2012 - obviously not happening. But the agreement also states that they have to provide us with a notice of delay 90 days before the first tentative occupancy date. So we should be receiving...

Is there anyone out there that bought in Phase 2 and has heard anything about our tentative move in date? When I bought I was told Dec 2012. I'm wondering how long of a delay they are anticipating. I've tried to reach out to Amy but she has not gotten back to me.

That really sucks for the people who bought in phase 2! We were told we could expect to move in December 2012. From the sounds of it, it will be 2013 for us :(
