I'll take red as much for the interior views as anything else. I like how it plays off its beautiful neighbours.

The red section is actually intended to house the water recycling system for rooftop rain collection (grey water for shared amenities and gardens) as well as heat recovery units. Supposedly provides greater efficiency when located in the center of the building.

lotta trees The render is a little gung-ho on the trees, don't ya think? I'd love it if it were true, but c'mon, get real. Sometimes I feel these render artists are just mocking us.

variance I believe this is the agenda for the Oct 7 committee of adjustment re the variance application. See Item #8. Apart from minor parking changes, looks like the number of units has gone up from 291 to 308. Not sure of the final decision, though.
