Hey Neighbour! So why would you want to be above ground? From the looks of it, you may have to drive underground first and then go above ground when you reach the 3rd storee podium. It sounds very time consuming LOL Whereas you could just drive underground and get the elevator right up LOL

How did they know your parking would be above ground?? Have the spots been assigned already? and it would make sense for people on lower floors 3 and below to have above ground that way they wouldnt really need elevators..just walk right over to their suites. They claim they will be done May /June next year for their phase 1 and 2 when they have barely completed the first floor. I doubt it..more like 2014 at the rate they are at.

I hear you! Wish i had the will power to not upgrade..but the countertops were all ugly in my opinion..so I had to upgrade that for sure. And I didnt really have an upgrade budget but have to make a way to get one..thankfully you can give seperate cheques instead of just one. Thats what saves...

FYI! The next date for Edilican to provide us with an new closing date is June 27, 2012 (next month) so keep an eye out for those letters in about 3-4 weeks..My guess is probably November or December. Also, how did the rest of your colour selection appointments go? My appointment is Monday...

He is! very nice and very funny! I bother him often with my questions so now he has a face to the annoying first time purchaser LOL! And yea you should stick to what you picked, its very nice that was going to be my next choice for bathroom if they didnt replace the discontinued tiles.
