Some very bold signage for the new bar here is making the bottom of this building very colourful, and quite fun! Very mindful that the decal is in yellow to match the building glass frit. But alas, it is a different shade of yellow..

likely needs to have a final acid wash and they didnt want to delay signage install. technically the brick can be acid-washed with the signage on.

seeing those robust columns and thick slab transfers on the first two levels starts to put into perspective why they've been taking forever to form and pour these buildings.
