Agreed. It's so tacky, especially when it's owned condos. And ya, it looks like the owner did the graphic design for the logo and the website himself. Very amateurish.

    Hamilton Toronto | Confederation GO Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx

Confederation is supposed to be 30 minute service on day 1 from my understanding.

Really curious who the commercial tenants will be here. Looks like 1 unit is still for lease, but they covered the windows on the other two, so perhaps those are rented?

    Hamilton Toronto | Confederation GO Station | ?m | 1s | Metrolinx

V excited about completion of this GO station, mainly because it means more service to West Harbour, but also because until LRT is complete I'm betting we'll see at least some usage to West Harbour from this station when events and things are downtown. Should only take 15-20 minutes from here to...

Does anyone know whether this new settlement hearing occurred or the OLT case number? The OLT search also doesn't seem to be working right now.

These realtor posts are always trash. My partner was asked by a realtor or two to make marketing materials and they didn't want to pay her enough. She was asking for $20/hour or something and they decided that graphic design is their passion and they'd do it themselves and you get this garbage.

Looks like they are planning on occupancy in 2027, which means likely 2025 start at the latest.

It's crazy how expansive it is from us on the southern-most track to the north edge.

It's definitely not currently under construction, but perhaps they had planned to be, and permits are in? Not having access to the permit website and other city services is making it tough to find information about these things.

Looks like this one isn't happening:

    Hamilton Toronto | Eastgate Square Redevelopment | ?m | 42s | Harrison Equity | BDP Quadrangle

Appreciate it. With Hamilton's websites being a total disaster it has been harder than usual to find development information.

    Hamilton Toronto | Eastgate Square Redevelopment | ?m | 42s | Harrison Equity | BDP Quadrangle

This development was discussed far more heavily on SSP, but I've been focusing on posting here more than there. Do you know @innsertnamehere if the application for subdivision was approved? https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10045767&postcount=64

I'm kind of surprised to see Simon's noted as focusing on luxury malls. Square One never really struck me as that, nor do I consider Simon's a luxury store. I buy almost all my clothes from there. I'm currently wearing a shirt, pants and socks from Simon's. Which is a huge pain living in...

💯 Vacant land costs Hamilton taxpayers a lot of money and puts massive downward pressure on our economy impacting jobs both in the service industry but also good paying office jobs.

    Hamilton Toronto | FirstOntario Centre Renovations | ?m | 4s | OVG | BBB

For one of the few times in Hamilton history, it seems like we got an organization doing something that knows what they're doing and Hamilton got a bit lucky by choosing HUPEG. I'm doubtful Vrancor could have landed Oakview. Tbh, we'd still probably see nothing going on.

I've heard the food in the Saugster is really good, but I usually run out of there asap. Simon's and Square One is the only real reason we make the trip there. Port Credit is quite alright though. I still prefer Yorkdale Mall or Sherway though.
