Is there an active DP for this project? Seems like it stalled out a long time ago

I'm guessing the 2nd tower will match the 1st pretty closely then?

Would it kill Cidex to use half decent materials on the podium??? I guess this side will be more pedestrian friendly than the 9th Ave side, but I'm not confident it'll look much better.

Kinda reminds me of some the larger single family houses in Asia. Definitely looks a little out of place here though.

I'm a little disappointed that this design was allowed on Bowness road. It's not that the building is ugly per se, but it looks like it belongs in an industrial park, not a main street. It's good to see things being built in Bowness, but I really wish this building had a better street feel.

I think my biggest knock on buses to and from Banff would be the perceived unreliability. As someone who drives on that highway often, the traffic during peak hours can be shockingly bad. I can recall at least 3 times I've been stuck in hour long delays driving to or from the mountains...

U/D has done an excellent job of planting a lot of trees and a really nice mix of species. In 30 years when the tree canopy has matured a little bit these streets are going to be really nice.

If they're putting the bike lanes on Kovitz I'm pretty sure they'll be extending that road once they start that next phase where the family housing will be, so in the long run it will essentially run parallel to university Ave all the way to the campus, so in my mind that doesn't seem like a...
