I'm surprised retail occupancy isn't until 2020, I thought the building would be complete in the Spring of 2019.

It appears this application is for 2 adjacent lots immediately north of the surface parking lot. The parking lot is also undergoing a study/ consultation process to determine its future use, which may include housing.

    Toronto Toronto | Queen Central | 106.23m | 34s | Parallax | Arcadis

Look at the "view all properties" drop down: it includes the first three of the 3-storey properties to the right. Those ones are actually nice.

    Toronto Toronto | 1140 Yonge Street | 44.95m | 10s | Devron Developments | AUDAX

By my approximation, the CR portion of the property is about 50 metres deep. If the 45 degree angular plane was measured from the R zone, about 15 storeys would fit beneath it. However I suspect the proposal will be more in the upper mid-rise range.

    Toronto Toronto | Earlscourt Condo | 31.34m | 8s | Format Group | RAW Design

This should have retail at-grade. The proposal is for live/ work fronting St. Clair.

I'm interested to see if that changes in the settlement. I can't imagine the City would accept the minimal amount of office space initially proposed when the North York Centre Secondary Plan states that the property should be 100% office.

    Toronto Toronto | Regent Park: Daniels on Parliament | 88.25m | 25s | Daniels | superkül

That makes sense, but why are they preparing to demolish the building when there is nothing to replace it?

It's weird that block 1 is isolated from the rest of phase 3. I don't recall seeing any plans for the building that is slated to built at Parliament and Gerrard. Has anyone else seen plans fo that corner?

The reason 7 units can fit on a lot that previously only had 2 is because the councillor approved selling an adjacent park to the developer.

    GO Transit Electrification | Metrolinx

In the slide deck for the full business case it shows Hamilton GO Centre as having two-way all-day service, but if you look at pages 50 and 51 of the full business case report here it appears the station has been dropped.

    Toronto Toronto | 733 Mt Pleasant | 93.25m | 27s | Rockport Group | Wallman Architects

Really unfortunate this will result in the parking driveway fronting on Mount Pleasant. The two buildings with similar parking driveways on the west side of the street are not good for pedestrians.

    Toronto Toronto | 619 Yonge | 237.99m | 70s | YI Developments | Core Architects

These properties were included in the Historic Yonge HCD interim demolition ban. I wonder if that will affect the project if it needs to be approved again because of the additional property.

I will be interested to learn about the progress of the mobility hub, station area redevelopment and coordination with LRT construction.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

Ryerson students have approved a U-Pass. It will be a mandatory discounted TTC monthly pass to be included in tuition fees beginning in September. Ryerson will be the first post-secondary institution in Toronto have such a program...

    Toronto Toronto | 1598 Queen East | ?m | 6s | Assembly Corp | SMV

Is this being done by the same developer as the adjacent site? The design looks very similar. It will almost look a bit strange to have those two sites with such narrow mid rise buildings. There are separate C of A applications for 1598- 1600, 1602 and 1604 Queen. Not sure what's going on here.
