Quite the shame seeing as though the two Cornell condos along Bur Oak turned out quite well, especially with their fully-enclosing balconies/sun rooms (which should really be the standard in Canada) that harkened back to Bazis' original proposal for 1 Bloor East.

The steel supports for the station canopy went up last week. Looks like a lot of progress has been made on my last drive-by. Will try to get photos sometime soon.

No, the York Condo seems to be turning out quite nice - much better quality than Minto Westside which is a comparable design. I'm asking about the construction on the south east corner of Warden and Enterprise - in between the Honeywell and Motorola buildings.

Does anyone know what's going on in front of the Motorola building along Enterprise at Warden?

Spandrel aside, this tower might just have stunned us if its fins were coloured like that of 60 Colbourne.
