exciting to see the first real condo in Cornell centre, finally.

There was in fact a condo at the Village Centre core in Cornell Phase 1 by Law Developments ... though the mixed use retail was not successful, the residential units are quite neat, many being multi level loft units

^I specified cornell centre for a reason! But yea, similar thoughts on that one as you. There is a rather odd little corner store house on Bur Oak in northern Cornell that is now sitting empty too. All it is though is a single unit with a retail unit on the ground floor.

It’s interesting how Mattamy is taking on these 6 storey wood buildings more and more. They are doing a bunch in Oakville now too I believe.
