You're right, I just went through the WT DRP minutes and it says they've decided to go with a "neutral-coloured white spandrel on the façade of their residence project in the West Don Lands rather than the previously approved orange-coloured spandrel". I wonder where the blue spandrel...

Today I noticed they started installing the cladding for the George Brown building (or a test of it). No blue stripes yet, but it looks quite nice and glossy. The gates to the construction site were open so I sneaked in for a better view.

I think 3D and I must have hit the same key... Could it be a certain industry that inspired one of Toronto's nicknames?
