    Finch West Line 6 LRT

Sorry but the conservative leaning crowd here needs to makeup their mind. Are you wanting to splurge on subway as before or do you want to as much money as possible with a BRT? 'Anything but LRT' isn't a logical position.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I Googled and there's some serious Ginger Spice vibe going on.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I'd be shocked if Mammoliti lost in that ward.

Toronto Municipal Election 2018: Mayor’s Race

Again, I think the unpopularity of Ford in Toronto is hugely overstated. He has done nothing so far that would upset his voters in Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York and so on. His approval might have gone up with conservative voters, if anything.

Toronto Municipal Election 2018: Mayor’s Race

I'm not saying Keesmaat is going to win but Chow comparison isn't accurate. in 2014 Tory was presented by the media as a golden opportunity to get rid of Rob Ford, so there was a lot of strategic voting in Tory's favour. There's no anything but Ford thing going at the moment this time around...

Former President Donald Trump's United States of America

I'm also interested in finding out what you think globalism is.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

He's considered toxic in only some of Toronto. Remember his party elected 11 out of 25 MPPs. Heck, a significant portion of Toronto doesn't even consider what he's done bad.

    Premier Doug Ford's Ontario

I get shocked every time I read this about Elliott or Mulroney. What good have they ever done to make you expect better from them in the first place?

    Mississauga Toronto | M3 at M City | 260.29m | 77s | Rogers Real Estate | Arcadis

Exactly. Giant, sprawling podiums with towers coming out of them also make for a very unwalkable area (Toronto's waterfront hoods, Fort York, City Place etc are very guilty of this). Just because there's density doesn't mean it's going to be urban or walkable. Mississauga is building vertical...

Toronto Rental Cost (& AirBnB) Issues

You can always renovict them. I have been renovicted TWICE in only three years. It's not like landlords are the victims or that they are not fully taking advantage of the situation. So let's stop with the 'LTB/rules favour tenants' thing. There are tools for landlords to exploit and they are...

    King Street (Streetcar Transit Priority)

OK this makes no sense because every person on the planet is a pedestrian. You're double/triple/quadruple counting stuff. By that logic every road in the city should be pedestrianized. Again, makes no sense. Every pedestrian that happens to live walking distance to work still needs the streetcar...

    Restaurant Comings & Goings

The area can use a Shoppers Drugmart.

Toronto Breweries, Brew Pubs, Bottle Shops

I thought Left Field Brewery was already doing the dog friendly thing.

Toronto Municipal Election 2018: Mayor’s Race

Her rising profile will steal votes from Tory's base. It's horrible but also good.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

Well, yeah. That about sums up Cabbagetown.

    Toronto's push for more family-sized condos (3bdrm+)

3-bedroom condos are still dramatically cheaper than 3-bedroom houses in the same area. They are definitely better than nothing.

    Laundry In Apartment Blocks

Well, dryers cut the life expectancy of clothes by about 80% so there's that.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

There a few city owned semi detached houses that serve as subsidized housing on my filthy rich Annex street and nobody calls those ghetto houses.

    Her name is not 'Kismet'.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

I guess Fords have run out men in the family so they are making the driver run for stuff now? He should have followed Michael's example and changed his last name to Ford as well. For all we know he might be the eventual mayor or future Conservative Premier.
