I actually disagree with the fact that the 100 will begin at Winston Churchill Transitway station. It would make much more sense if it began in area where people could actually access the route, preferably Erin Mills Town Centre Area, which is a growth node that has been stripped of its express...

But the new Airport Express bus is also expected to be introduced in 2018 and that would run on the Transitway.

Just checked design review panel presentation from July: 2 levels of underground parking. So unfortunately it will be a while until we start to see this one take shape.

Heights should transition down away from the transit station. The two high rise towers on the extreme west of the property are out of place and also a 500m walk to Don Mills and Eglinton.

Are they planning on building noise walls along the 401? Otherwise the noise at the Park will be very loud.
