The only info I have is from that link to the open house presentation. The plans have changed since last summer, but the roll plans online from summer 2017 do not show a crossover at the south end of the line.
So there's no road dedication, but the new driveway will be in the same location as the existing driveway at the Dunfield traffic lights. I looked through some of the supplementary materials, Midtown in Focus was mentioned but nothing about the Street extension.
That tower was already well on its way to being approved when Council adopted the updated Secondary Plan that proposed the link. I wonder how they plan to accommodate it. Plans for the development at 89 Roehampton did not appear to include any space for a new street.
The removal of brick between the floors is an older alteration to the design. It was presented to the public with the brick removed.
What I don't understand is why the 8th floor units were removed if the building height remains unchanged at 25 metres.
Resubmitted plans February 20, 2018. Mostly just minor technical changes, I would guess it's getting close to approval. Not sure if I like all the breaks in the street wall with this design.

But if only track 15 is removed, how can an extra wide platform be constructed. With the removal of 1 track wouldn't only a regular width platform be possible?
