No. They are taking us to North Etobicoke.

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

It can do really well if the stops are sufficiently removed. The route should be Bloor - Dupont - St Clair - Rogers - Eglinton - Lawrence - Yorkdale - Wilson.
  3. A

    Intercity Bus Services

Probably makes more sense to just subsidize Greyhound for these unprofitable routes.

    Umm, none?

Oh please. Everyone knows the Globe is extreme left and biased... Cultural marxism, snowflakes, bla bla, bla, bla

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

Sarah Doucette is a part of the progressive downtown block. You can do worse. Re-elect her.

Yeah that part gives out 70s apartment tower vibes and not in a good way.

Granted, investors should have known better but it must really suck to own a north facing unit in James Cooper Condos or whatever it's called.

General cycling issues (Is Toronto bike friendly?)

Doubt it. It makes too little sense operationally.

What did Cressy do? Asking because I had no idea.

Ridiculous comments and claims made by City Councillors

https://twitter.com/joe_cressy/status/1015370480960892928 'Thanks bro'?! What is this, King Street?

    Toronto Toronto | The Dylan | 35.7m | 10s | Chestnut Hill | Kirkor

Only 10 floors? Why? This site is 2 minutes on foot from an extremely underused subway station. If you can't build density here then where?

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

https://twitter.com/Sean_YYZ/status/1015341138809643008 What's up with Layton? Is he planning on running for mayor or something? Because that's a terrible idea.

2018 Municipal Election: Toronto Council Races

Thank god. Without her name recognition in the running that rich suburban ward would be a lock to elect a fiscal-social conservative.

I wouldn't have minded the lack of bikeability if they had actually given streetcars protected lanes and signaling priority. Anyway, that's a different thread. You're not bothered by cycling on streetcar tracks? It's really dangerous.

    Toronto Bike Share

Well so many destinations are ON King but you can't bike ON it anymore. I don't understand how this is not a consideration.
  17. A

    Toronto Bike Share

I don't get the logic. The pilot (all the street patio fluff) made King extremely hostile to bicycling (who wants to bike on streetcar tracks?). They are trying to compensate by dumping some bikeshare stations on it?

There's the F***ING change that everyone thought we needed...
  19. A

    Toronto Bike Share

It was about time Bikeshare expanded to Scarborough.

    Little Italy/College Street

Anyone know why the Starbucks next to Kalender (College & Euclid) has closed?
