@RyLucky we've still got a ways to go in terms of inner-city growth but it looks like the last few years inner-city growth has been getting a bigger share of the overall city growth.

Well said @CBBarnett and @RyLucky I would be quite happy with growth of about 15-20K per year. 10k natural increase and about 5-10k in net migration. Both population groups affect the city in different ways. 10K of natural increase every year doesn’t put immediate strains on city infrastructure...

It's a so-so project, but the extra density will be good for the neighborhood. Hopefully LaCaille ups their design when the time comes to build theirs.

Looking good so far. It's turning out very like like the renderings.

The change in the windows comes from cleaning. A saw window cleaners on the outside of the building not too long ago.

^ I find, that almost always the lobbies and hallways look wider in the renderings. This seems to be the case for every building up there and I've seen.
