Riley - Yes, indeed, L Tower residents will be able to use their "private" tunnel, to access the planned PATH connection. It is scheduled that one could exit the L Tunnel via elevator to ground level and enter, fobless, through either the elevator or stairwell PATH entry points currently planned...

@Tenshi - all of the windows are double paned so you're in good shape! @springroll - We're working very hard on the PATH extension, and we're with you on opening up St. Lawrence Market on Sundays!

Construction has yet to begin on the Backstage site and as of now it is the location of the site office for L Tower. The Backstage Sales Office is currently under construction at the corner of Scott St. and The Esplanade (read our blog post about it here) which is scheduled to open very soon.
