So confusing about the residential parking on P2. Those yellow highlighted parking spots belong to Pier 27 Tower residents? or Pier 27 Phase I residents? If for Tower residents, how can people go to Tower elevators from their parking spots?
Please do not forget this is a residential condo. The main function is to live comfortably inside, not just to look pretty from outside. On this point, 50 Wellesley is much better VOX.
I am one of the buyer and I just did my PDI yesterday. To be honest, I am very happy with the interior finish and the whole building design. I know there are a lot of people in this forum hate this building, but love its neighbour VOX. I guess those people do not have to live in VOX and do not...
The balcony job is not complete yet. It is too early to judge how it finally looks like. I personally really like the rendering.
Compared to its neighbour: VOX condos, I think it is a much better project for residences living there: better floor plans, better views, more elevators to use.
Another example: VOX. Does anyone ever feel it is too close between VOX and 22 Wellesley?
What is the difference? You mean closer? If you check the Google Street View carefully, you will see so many units in those two adjacent buildings are not LOOKING into each other, but right next to each other.
You may have different feelings after checking the distance between the following buildings:
