It's going to be pretty tough for City Planning not to support this application. Seems 100% consistent w the Official Plan Amendment they just passed for this area

Sharpest project of the year IMO. This pocket of the city is getting some of the best midrise buildings. Not cheap to build these though, I’d imagine the pricing will have to be high in order to ensure this gets built.

Has anyone been to the sales centre yet?

Really surprised Brad/his PR guy has been able to keep this quiet. You’d think at least one purchaser would reach out to CBC or the Star and give the deversated purchaser perspective story.
