No planner wants to go to LPAT or OLT. The idea that the outcome would be different if appealed is a big assumption.

Both are using the same door. You’ll walk in and go through a second set of doors for the grocery store, or straight for the restaurant. Looks more substantial than a Rabba/Paramount combo as it has booths and a bar. (I’ve seen the floor plans)
Agreed with the above. I also loved Copper Branch, and they are expanding like crazy throughout the 905 - so definitely doing well overall. The hours at this one were terrible though.
Noticed that as well. They were aiming for a restaurant, and it was originally going to be a Mexican restaurant/tequila bar, but it didn’t materialize.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A sauce, and that’s what makes the sandwich for me. But yea, it’s pretty basic and there are far better ones out there. I also hate their waffle fries.
That said, they do make decent milk shakes.
Correct. Everything was unchanged. Comments at the meeting revolved around reducing the amount of parking, dealing with servicing of the building, and a push for retail.
